What is Payoneer IMAP?

It's a WHMCS gateway that accepts Payoneer payments. The customer sends the amount and uses the invoice number as reference. The module reads your Payoneer receipt emails via IMAP and automatically marks the matching invoice as paid.

How does IMAP verification work?

You enter the email that receives Payoneer receipt emails and its IMAP password (e.g. Gmail App Password). The gateway logs in, searches for Payoneer receipt emails, and matches amount and reference (invoice #) to the invoice, then adds the payment in WHMCS.

What if I use Gmail with 2FA?

Use a Gmail App Password for the gateway, not your normal password. IMAP host: imap.gmail.com, port 993.

Is the payment link secure?

Yes. The link to the payment page is signed with a secret and has an expiry time (e.g. 60 minutes). You set the "Signing Secret" in the gateway configuration.

Is this a one-time or yearly license?

Yearly. The license is $100 per year per domain. You need an active license for the gateway to work.

Which WHMCS versions are supported?

WHMCS 8.x and 9.x. The module uses standard WHMCS gateway and invoice APIs. PHP IMAP extension is required.

How It Works

You set the email that receives Payoneer receipts and your IMAP settings. You configure a signing secret for secure, time-limited payment links. On the invoice, the client is sent to a payment page with amount and reminder to use invoice # as reference. After payment, the gateway checks your inbox, matches reference and amount to the invoice, and marks it paid in WHMCS.
